Blocky Zombie Shooting is a voxel wave-survival shooter, and the waves come from more than one direction. The undead arrive in groups down every open lane, so the game is less about standing your ground and more about managing space - WASD moves you, the mouse aims and fires, and headshots do enough extra damage that they are the difference between finishing a wave with ammunition left and running dry halfway through it. The other tool is barricades: you can throw up quick walls to choke a lane, which turns an open map into a series of corridors you choose rather than the ones the zombies choose for you. That is where the strategy sits - a barricade in the right doorway removes an entire approach, while one in the open just wastes materials. Sessions run five to fifteen minutes.
