ChillPaths is a browser-based sliding-block puzzle game set across icy, grid-based levels. You drag frozen bars horizontally or vertically within a confined board to open a clear channel for a small boat to reach its exit point. The core mechanic is pure logic: bars can only move along their own axis, so you must sequence moves carefully to avoid deadlocks. The game runs entirely in the browser with no download required. Early levels introduce single-bar obstructions across 5x5 grids, while later stages pack 7x7 boards with interlocking pieces that require four or more preparatory moves before the path opens. There is no timer, so you can think at your own pace, making sessions as short as two minutes or as long as thirty depending on difficulty. Progress is saved by level number. Difficulty scales steadily, with each new chapter introducing wider bars and diagonal exits that demand fresh planning. Completion of each level earns a star rating based on move count, giving perfectionists a reason to replay.
