Fireboy and Watergirls.IO is the browser edition of the classic cooperative puzzle platformer. Two players share one keyboard: Player 1 steers Fireboy with WASD while Player 2 moves Watergirl with the arrow keys. The elemental twist sets every puzzle. Fireboy strolls through lava unharmed but dies in water; Watergirl wades through pools but perishes in fire. Every level in the Forest Temple is built around that asymmetry, demanding switches, levers, and platforms that require both heroes acting in sequence. You cannot brute-force it alone. Timing your partner's moves and yours together is the entire game, which is why it remains a legendary couch co-op title. No download needed, just a shared keyboard and a friend you trust.
