Accumulated income lets you buy better machines, unlock new room types such as a yoga studio or a pool, and train staff to improve customer satisfaction ratings. A progression tree of roughly 20 unlockable upgrades structures the mid and late game. Unhappy customers leave negative reviews that reduce footfall, so balancing expansion speed against maintenance costs is the central decision loop. The game runs in the browser with no download. Reaching the final gym tier takes 45 to 90 minutes of active play across one or multiple sessions.
