You start as a small fish in a crowded ocean and use the mouse or touch controls to swim toward anything smaller than you, eating it to grow. Each meal nudges your size up incrementally, and as you get bigger the range of prey widens while the predators you need to dodge also scale up. The goal is to eat enough to trigger an evolution, visually transforming your fish and opening the next stage of the food chain. Colliding with a fish larger than your current size ends the run immediately. The early game is mostly about staying patient and picking off the smallest targets rather than charging toward anything that moves. Mid-session the screen gets crowded and reading which fish are just slightly smaller than you becomes the real skill test. Younger players will find the gradual growth satisfying, and the clear visual size cues make the rules easy to read at a glance. A typical run lasts five to fifteen minutes depending on how cautiously you play, and losing to a big predator rarely feels unfair since the size difference is usually obvious a second before impact.
