Idle Sprint Race 3D is a browser track-and-field clicker in which you race against up to 5 AI sprinters across progressively longer distances, starting at 100 meters and extending to 400 meters in later rounds. You click the left mouse button rapidly — or alternate two keys — to accelerate your athlete down the lane. A stamina meter beneath your runner fills as you click; push it into the red zone and your character stumbles and falls, handing positions to opponents immediately. The sweet spot is keeping the bar in the yellow range, which sustains near-maximum speed without triggering a collapse. Winning races earns upgrade points to improve top speed, stamina capacity, and recovery rate, letting you click harder in longer events without falling. There are 10 competitive rounds in the main circuit, with difficulty scaling through faster AI reaction times and tighter stamina margins. A single race lasts 30 to 90 seconds depending on distance. The game runs entirely in the browser with no install.
