Men vs Gorillas is a browser-based incremental combat game in which you fight a series of increasingly powerful gorillas using a human fighter that you upgrade between rounds. Each fight is an automatic exchange of attacks displayed as animated damage numbers; your role is to spend earned coins between rounds on three upgrades: Strength raises damage per hit, Health increases your maximum HP, and Armor reduces incoming damage. Every 5 levels the gorilla gains a new attack pattern, adding a telegraphed special move that deals 150 percent normal damage. Coins drop based on damage dealt and speed of victory, so efficient upgrades compound your earning rate. The game has no fixed endpoint; a prestige mechanic unlocks at level 50, resetting your fighter for a permanent 20 percent coin bonus. A casual run to level 20 takes roughly 10 minutes. No download is required and the game saves progress in the browser. The difficulty curve is steep enough that players who ignore Armor upgrades will stall around level 15.
