Space Rover is a browser-based 3D driving game where you pilot a six-wheeled rover across six distinct planetary and lunar surfaces: Earth highlands, the Moon's crater fields, the Martian canyon of Valles Marineris, and three additional solar system locations with contrasting terrain types. Each course has a marked distance between 1,000 and 2,000 metres and a par time; you steer with arrow keys or WASD and must avoid boulders, craters, and steep drops that flip the rover and reset your position to the last checkpoint. Gravity differs meaningfully between worlds: the Moon's low gravity lets the rover catch air over ridges, while Mars offers medium traction on loose red soil. A timer runs throughout and feeds into a three-star rating shown at the end of each run. Stars unlock subsequent planets in sequence. Sessions per planet average two to five minutes depending on crash frequency. The game runs in any modern desktop browser without installation and saves star progress locally.
