Stair Rush is a hyper-casual 3D runner that runs in the browser with no installation needed. Your character moves forward automatically along a narrow elevated track, and you swipe left or right on mobile or drag the mouse on desktop to steer. Colored tiles scattered across the path add to a counter shown on screen; collecting them builds the staircase your character climbs at the end of each level. Run out of tiles before reaching a wall or barrier and your character drops short, losing points. Each of the 30-plus levels introduces new hazards including spinning blades, collapsing sections, and moving barriers that require precise lateral timing. Scoring is based on the number of tiles carried to the finish, and a multiplier gate near the end of each level lets you risk your stack for a larger reward. A single level takes 60 to 90 seconds; a full session of 10 levels runs about 15 minutes. Difficulty ramps steadily from level 5 onward, where tile scarcity and obstacle density increase together.
