Challenge the Football is a football skill game arranged as a ladder of stages. Each stage gives you one job - take the shot, thread the ball past a moving obstacle, or score from a fixed position - and you clear it by timing the kick rather than aiming it, because the power meter runs on its own and the release point decides where the ball goes. The meter is the entire skill ceiling: release early and the ball dies short, release late and it sails over everything, and the stages are built so the correct window is a fraction of the bar. Later stages add movement, tighter obstacle spacing, and shorter windows, so a technique that cleared stage three fails stage nine unless you tighten it. There is no opponent and no clock against you, only the stage objective and your own timing, which keeps the retry loop fast - a failed stage restarts in seconds. A stage takes well under a minute.
