Count Escape Rush is a browser-based 3D arcade runner in which a squad of stickman soldiers jogs backward down a lane while enemies advance from behind. Your column grows by passing through numbered gates that add or multiply your soldier count, and shrinks when enemies reach your ranks or when squad members hit obstacles. Combat is automatic: soldiers at the rear of your column fire on pursuing red enemies as long as your count stays above zero. Strategic decisions center on which gates to pass through, since some gates subtract or divide your numbers, and which weapon pickups to collect, as higher-tier weapons increase per-soldier damage output. Each level ends at a boss barrier that requires a minimum squad size to break through; arriving with too few soldiers causes an instant loss. The game contains roughly 30 levels, each taking sixty to ninety seconds, making the full set completable in under an hour. Obstacles such as walls and saw blades remove soldiers on contact. The game runs in the browser via HTML5 with no download required.
