Death Sentence is a browser-based tactical stealth game in which you direct an assassin through a series of mission-based levels, each requiring you to eliminate one or more targets without triggering an alarm or being spotted by guards. Before acting, you observe patrol routes from an overhead or side-on perspective, then click to issue commands or fire at precise moments when the target enters a clear window. Guards have visible line-of-sight cones that shrink or expand based on lighting conditions. Levels are numbered sequentially, with early missions involving a single stationary target and later ones requiring multi-step eliminations across moving crowds. Failing detection or missing the shot restarts the level from the beginning. Completing a level without being seen awards a maximum three-star rating. There are no microtransactions and no install; the game runs directly in the browser. A full playthrough of the available level set takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes depending on how many retries each mission requires.
