Shape Shift Survival is a single-screen reflex arcade game that runs in the browser with no install required. Your avatar occupies the center of the screen while a continuous stream of geometric obstacles approaches from multiple directions, each obstacle carrying a specific shape cutout. You must tap or press the corresponding key to transform your character into a matching shape before impact; mismatching even once ends the run immediately. The game tracks your score as a count of successful transformations, and the obstacle speed increases incrementally every 10 correct matches, compressing the reaction window from roughly 1.5 seconds at the start to under 0.5 seconds at high scores. There are no checkpoints or lives, making every run a single unbroken chain of decisions. Visual feedback is immediate and clean, with distinct color coding per shape to aid split-second recognition. A typical run lasts 1 to 4 minutes, making it well suited for short sessions. Leaderboard scores are displayed after each run.
