Shell Strikers 1 is a turn-based artillery game playable entirely in the browser without any download. You command a squad of soldiers across 9 campaign missions that escalate from introductory skirmishes labeled First Steps to a final confrontation called FINALE: Armageddon. Each turn you select a soldier, set your shot angle using a rotatable aiming reticle, choose a weapon from a loadout that includes standard shells, grenades, and special munitions, then fire. Wind speed and direction are displayed on a meter and deflect every projectile, so accounting for drift is essential from mission 3 onward. Terrain is destructible, letting you crater cover your enemies rely on. Multiplayer and solo skirmish modes supplement the campaign. Scoring tracks accuracy and shots-to-kill, feeding into a post-mission star rating out of 3. A single campaign mission takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on enemy count. Difficulty rises through larger enemy squads, tighter terrain, and stronger wind variance in later stages.
