Top Chef is a browser-based time-management cooking game set in a fast-food burger restaurant. You manage a counter operation where customers arrive in a queue, each carrying a visible order above their head showing specific items such as cheeseburgers, steak burgers, fries, sodas, or desserts. You click the corresponding station to assemble each component, then drag or click to deliver the completed tray. Customers have patience meters that deplete in real time; let one expire and you lose tips and reputation points. Completing orders quickly earns coins used to upgrade stations, speed up cooking times, and unlock two additional food stands across the game's progression. The difficulty ramps noticeably around level 5, when multi-item orders and simultaneous customers start arriving together. A full session clearing the available levels takes 20 to 35 minutes. The game runs in the browser with no download, and all interaction is mouse-driven with single clicks and short drags.
