Tornado.io is a browser-based multiplayer arcade game in which each player controls a tornado moving across a coastal map dotted with buildings, cars, trees, and smaller AI debris. You steer with the mouse or arrow keys, and your tornado automatically absorbs objects it rolls over, growing in diameter as its mass increases. Larger tornadoes can engulf smaller player-controlled tornadoes, eliminating them and taking their accumulated mass. The map resets periodically, and the player with the greatest mass at reset wins the round. Matches typically last three to five minutes. Early-game strategy involves farming dense building clusters away from large rivals; late game shifts to direct player confrontations. There is no install; the game runs in the browser and matches you with real players in a shared session automatically. A visible size indicator and a leaderboard in the corner let you track your rank relative to other active tornadoes at any moment.
