Word Tangle is a browser-based word puzzle game that presents you with a set of scrambled letters and asks you to form the correct hidden word. Each round displays the jumbled characters in a grid or row, and you select letters in order by clicking them to spell out your answer. The game covers hundreds of words ranging from three-letter basics to seven-letter vocabulary tests, and difficulty rises gradually so early rounds build confidence before longer, less common words appear. A hint system deducts points but can reveal one correct letter position when you are stuck. Scoring rewards speed as well as accuracy, with a countdown timer adding pressure on higher difficulty settings. Completing a round unlocks the next scramble immediately, and a session of 10 rounds typically takes 8 to 12 minutes. Progress is tracked within the session. No installation is required and the game runs fully in the browser, making it practical for short breaks focused on sharpening spelling and pattern-recognition skills.
