Cartoon Cat Scary wraps a fill-the-shape physics puzzle inside Trevor Henderson's rubber-hose horror aesthetic, and the contrast works better than it should. Each level hands you a hollow cartoon outline, the grinning cat, a lopsided house, a stretched limousine, and a stream of silver balls you pour in through a gap somewhere along the edge. The puzzle is geometry plus patience: balls pile at angles real physics would never allow a cartoon to get away with, so you learn to read an outline the way the game does, find the flat floor, plug the slope with a ball-dam, then flood the rest. Levels creep up in cruelty by moving the gap somewhere useless and adding internal shelves that trap dead volume you cannot fill.
