Catch Penguins is a match-3 game set in a storage room buried under snow. The board is packed with clutter - yarn balls, shiny fish, red cans, and the other odds and ends of a messy storeroom - and you clear it by tapping groups of three or more identical items at once. The twist is that the groups do not have to be in a line: any connected cluster counts, so a big irregular blob of the same item clears in one tap and opens far more of the board than three tidy matches in a row. That makes scanning for the largest cluster the correct strategy every time, and quick single taps the way to run out of moves. The goal for each board is to clear the room and free the penguins buried in it, and boards get more crowded and more mixed as you go. A board takes three to eight minutes.
