Head Soccer is a browser-based 2-player football game in which oversized cartoon heads compete on a compact 2D pitch to knock a ball into the opponent's goal. Each player controls one character from opposite sides of the screen, using a separate set of keyboard keys so both players share the same keyboard without requiring additional hardware. Characters can run, jump, and kick, with a charged kick sending the ball at increased speed. Matches are played to a set number of goals or within a time limit, and the player or team reaching the target first wins the round. A selection of cartoon characters with distinct head designs is available before each match. The game includes a single-player mode against an AI opponent as well as the local 2-player mode. AI difficulty adjusts across a few preset levels. Browser-based with no download needed, sessions last roughly 5 to 15 minutes depending on the score target chosen. Controls respond immediately with no noticeable input lag on standard broadband connections.
