Merge Animals is a browser-based casual puzzle game that uses a drop-merge mechanic similar to Suika-style games. You release one animal at a time from the top of a vertical container; two identical animals that touch automatically merge into the next creature in an evolutionary chain, which starts with small common animals and climbs through progressively larger and rarer species. The container has a fixed height, and the game ends when a merged stack reaches the top boundary. Score accumulates with each successful merge, and higher-tier animals award more points. Strategy involves predicting where a dropped animal will land and setting up chain merges that clear vertical space. Difficulty increases organically as the container fills; mid-session play demands planning two or three drops ahead. A typical session lasts five to fifteen minutes. No install is needed; the game runs directly in the browser. A best-score tracker lets you benchmark improvement across sessions.
