Renovation! is a browser-based 3D management game built around a two-phase loop: clearing and selling. In the clearing phase you direct workers with mouse clicks to pick up and remove furniture items from a cluttered house interior, depositing them into a truck for sale. Cash earned scales with item condition and rarity. In the building phase you spend that cash to construct and furnish a new house room by room, choosing from a catalog of floors, walls, and furniture. Each of the 15-plus levels presents a messier starting state or a more expensive target house, gradually increasing both the sorting challenge and the budget required. A level typically takes 5 to 10 minutes. The 3D camera follows workers automatically with no manual rotation needed. The game runs in the browser without installation and auto-saves progress between sessions.
