Space Destroyer is a top-down shoot-em-up that runs in the browser across 3 stages, each subdivided into waves of alien fighters culminating in 3 boss encounters per stage, for 9 boss fights total. Your ship fires automatically, and you steer it around incoming projectiles and enemy formations while collecting power-ups that temporarily boost fire rate, shield strength, or shot spread. Bosses use distinct attack patterns that require you to prioritize dodging over aggressive positioning, and each one has a visible health bar. Points accumulate from enemy kills and are multiplied by how quickly you clear each wave. Stage 1 eases players in with slow-moving fighters; by Stage 3 enemies fire in spread patterns and move unpredictably. A full three-stage run takes roughly 15 to 25 minutes. The game installs nothing and works in any modern desktop or mobile browser. Controls use arrow keys or WASD on desktop and a virtual joystick on mobile.
