Turret Defend Apocalypse

Turret Defend Apocalypse gives you a grid of slots where you place turrets purchased with in-wave currency, then watch them fire automatically at enemies streaming in from one side. The core mechanic is merging: drag two identical turrets onto each other to produce a stronger combined version with new visual effects and higher damage output. Each wave leaves you a few seconds to reorganize before the next push, and you spend that time deciding whether to merge existing turrets or buy fresh ones to fill empty slots. Surviving all waves in a stage clears it and opens the next. The merge decision is the main strategic tension. Merging too aggressively leaves gaps in coverage during heavy waves, while holding too many low-tier turrets lets mid-game armored enemies slip through. Positioning higher-tier turrets near the center of the path rather than the entrance gives them more shots per enemy, which matters a lot at higher difficulties. Sessions typically run ten to twenty minutes per stage, and failed runs restart quickly. It suits players who enjoy the merge mechanic from idle games but want a more active, real-time challenge around it.
