Defense Base 2 is a tower defense game where you place weapon towers along fixed slots on a map and then watch waves of enemies march toward your base. Between waves you spend earned currency to add new towers or upgrade existing ones, choosing from cannons, laser emitters, freeze towers, poison launchers, rocket turrets, and heavy melee blades. Each tower type has its own range, damage output, and reload speed, and the slot positions matter because top-row placements cover more of the path than lower ones. The freeze and poison towers are most valuable early because they slow and weaken groups rather than just dealing direct damage, letting your cannons and rockets finish enemies more efficiently. Spreading damage types across the map prevents any single enemy type from walking through unchecked. Later waves mix fast runners with heavily armored units, and a loadout that worked on wave ten often collapses on wave twenty without adjustments. It suits players who like deliberate strategy over fast reactions. Sessions run twenty to forty minutes, and losing your base late in a run stings enough that most players immediately plan a revised layout for the next attempt.
