Urban Sniper 2 is a browser-based first-person sniper game set across 12 missions in Vice City, where enemy soldiers have occupied rooftops, alleyways, and building interiors. Each mission gives you a specific target list and a time limit, typically 90 to 180 seconds. You scroll the scope across the environment using the mouse, zoom in with right-click or a dedicated key, and fire with the left mouse button. Bullet travel is near-instant but wind and target movement require you to lead fast-moving enemies. Collateral kills on civilians fail the mission immediately. Later levels introduce moving convoys, armored targets who require headshots, and counter-snipers who will kill you if you remain scoped in one position too long. Between missions you can spend earned points on better rifles and scopes that improve zoom magnification and fire rate. A full playthrough of all 12 missions takes 30 to 50 minutes. The game runs in the browser and requires no download.
