You pick a worm skin and drop into an arena with other players, eating candy and food items scattered across the map to grow your worm longer. Steering is handled by moving the mouse or swiping, and your worm follows the cursor direction continuously. If your head touches another worm you explode immediately, but if a rival runs their head into your body they die instead, leaving behind a pile of candy you can consume for a massive size boost. The goal is simply to become the longest worm in the lobby. The most effective strategy once you reach a medium size is coiling around smaller worms to cut off their escape routes, forcing them to crash into you. Early game, staying near the edges of the map keeps you away from the chaotic center where head-on collisions are most common. Speed-boosting is possible but burns length, so use it only to cut off a target rather than as a default movement style. A session lasts until you die, which can be thirty seconds or ten minutes depending on how carefully you play. It suits anyone who enjoyed classic snake games but wants the unpredictability of real opponents.
