Survev.io is a browser-based 2D top-down battle royale where up to 50 players drop onto a shrinking island map and compete to be the last one standing. You begin with no weapons and must scavenge buildings, crates, and open terrain for rifles, shotguns, pistols, grenades, armor, and medical supplies. The playable zone contracts at timed intervals, forcing encounters and preventing passive camping. Mode options include solo, duo, and squad play, letting you coordinate with up to 3 teammates via proximity-based audio or text. Movement uses WASD, aiming and shooting use the mouse, and inventory management is handled by number keys and scroll. The map contains varied terrain including forests, warehouses, and open fields that reward different weapon loadouts. A full match typically lasts 8 to 15 minutes. Loot spawn rates and zone timing create a consistent mid-game pressure spike around the 5-minute mark. No installation is needed; the game runs fully in a modern browser.
